【摘要】:ThispartofISO8130specifiesamethodfordeter-miningtheflowpropertiesofamixtureofcoatingpowderandair.Themethodreflectscommercialpracticeinpowderspraying(see"Bibliography",annexB).Theresultsobtainedareinfluencedbythecompo-sitionofthecoatingpowder,itsdensity,particlesizedistributionandparticleshape,togetherwiththetendencyoftheparticlestoagglomerateandtoac-ceptatriboelectriccharge.NOTE1Itiswellknownthatthetransportandsprayingcharacteristicsofpowdersarehighlydependentontheirflowpropertiesinbulkandinair.Theproceduredescribedinthismethodisconsideredtobemoremeaningfulthanthe"flowangle"approachsometimesusedtoevaluatebulkflowproperties.Inthelatter,theangleoftheconeformedwhenapowderisallowedtoflowthroughaverti-calfunnelontoahorizontalsurfaceismeasured.Agivenmassofpowderwithgoodflowpropertiesformsashallowerconethananequalmassofapowderwithpoorerflow.Theobjectionstotheflowanglemethodarethatitisdifficulttoobtainaprecisemeasurementandthatthepowderisusedalone,whereasduringapplicationitismixedwithair.
