【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardprovidesminimumrecommendationsforsafetyinthedesign,construction,installation,operation,andmaintenanceoffixedpoweredliftingplatformswitheitherapartiallyorfullyenclosedplatform.Theliftingplatformscoveredbythiscodeofpracticeareforusebypersonswithimpairedmobility,whethersitting,standing,orwithinawheelchair,andaccompaniedbyanattendant,ifnecessary,fortransportationbetweenfixedlevels,andinwhichthemaximumheightoftheplatformabovethelowestleveldoesnotexceedthefollowing:a)withoutliftwayenclosureorfloorpenetration:1)2.0minpublicbuildings;2)4.0minprivatedwellings;orb)withaliftwayenclosure:4.0m.Thiscodeofpracticealsoprovidessomerecommendationsforconsiderationbypurchasers(see5.4and8.4andannexA).
