【摘要】:この規格は,剛板にゴム片を接着した試験片を用いて,加硫ゴム及び熱可塑性ゴムのはく離強さを求める方法について規定する。剛板と加硫ゴム又は熱可塑性ゴムとの90°はく離試験は,1枚の剛板に試料ゴムを加硫又は接着剤で接着した試験片を用い,90°方向にはく離し,剛板と加硫ゴム又は熱可塑性ゴムとのはく離強さを求めるために行う。例えば,ゴム配合及び接着系の選択並びに開発のためのデータ又は製造工程管理用のデータを得るため試験室において,規定の条件下で作製した試験片を用いて行う試験に主として適用する。

【摘要】:ThisstandardspecifiesU.S.consensusstandardmethods,instrumentation,andfacilitiesformeasurementofradio-frequency(RF)signalsandnoiseemittedfromelectricalandelectronicdevicesinthefrequencyrange9kHzto40GHz.Itdoesnotincludegenericnorproduct-specificemissionlimits.Wherepossible,thespecificationshereinareharmonizedwithothernationalandinternationalstandardsusedforsimilarpurposes.Usesofthewordshallinthisstandardindicateamandatoryrequirementthatmustbemettosatisfythisstandard.Thewordshouldisusedtoindicatethatarequirementisrecommendedbutnotmandatory.Tolerancesondimensionsanddistancesarebasedongoodengineeringpracticewherenotspecified.Thewordmayisusedtoindicatearecommendationthatisatthediscretionoftheuser.Inaddition,notesinthisdocumentareinformativeandarenotpartoftherequirements.Inthisstandard,thetexttakesprecedenceoverthefiguresbecausethetextiscompleteandthefiguresareillustrativeofatypicalapplicationofthetext.Notesareusedinthetextforemphasisortoofferinformativesuggestionsaboutthetechnicalcontentofthestandard,andthesenotesprovideadditionalinformationtoassistthereaderwithaparticularpassagebutdonotincludemandatoryrequirements.Footnotesintextareincludedonlyforinformation,clarification,and/oraidapplicabletotheuseofthestandard,butmandatoryrequirementsarenotincludedintextfootnotes.Measurementmethodsareincludedforradiatedandline-conductedemissionsthatcanbegeneratedbyavarietyofdevices,asdescribedin1.2.Definitionsareprovidedfortermsandphrasescontainedinthetext,inwhichthewordsdonotrepresentobviousorcommonusage.Measurementinstrumentation,facilities,andtestsitesarespecifiedandcharacterized,includingopen-areatestsites(OATS)andRFabsorber-lined,metalchambersusedforradiatedemissionmeasurement.Transverseelectromagnetic(TEM)wavedevicesusedforradiatedemissionmeasurementaretreatedinnormativeAnnexF.TherequirementsofAnnexF,whensuchtestsareperformed,shalltakeprecedenceinthisstandard.Inmostcases,measurementinstrumentationandcalibrationrequirementsareonlygenerallycharacterizedindeferencetostandardsdedicatedtothesesubjects,whichshouldbeusedinconjunctionwiththisstandard.Therequirementsforoperationoftestsamplesduringmeasurementsarepresentedfordevicesingeneral,aswellasforspecifictypesofdevicesthatarefrequentlymeasured.Specificrequirementsforemissiontestdatarecordingandreportingarepresentedwithreferencetogeneralrequirementscontainedindocumentsdedicatedtostandardlaboratorypractices,whichshouldbeusedinconjunctionwiththisstandard.Themaintextisaugmentedbyaseriesofannexesthatprovidedetailsforcertainmeasurementmethodsandfacilities.AnnexAprovidesanindexofmaintextclausestobeusedwhentestingparticularequipmentundertest(EUT)types.
